Students have been studying American imperialism, and have complete reports on the Philippines, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, American Samoa, and Cuba. We've enjoyed learning about this current and former American possessions and have enjoyed sampling the different cuisines of these regions. We even got to learn an Hawaiin hula dance.
